Description

On the night of her wedding to Zhao Qing, the seventh prince of a neighboring kingdom, Princess Chu Zi Qian was fatally poisoned. When she wakes up, she finds herself in the body of Lin Yan, a soon-to-be concubine of her one-night husband.

Back in the place where she was originally murdered, she tries to investigate what happened and learns from the servants that Zhao Qing had often complained about her past self, Chu Zi Qian, as not being worthy of him, trying to get out of the marriage several times, and always arguing with his father the Emperor over it.
