Hwang Chan Sung, also known as Chansung, is a South Korean singer, songwriter, rapper, and actor. He is a member of the Korean boy band 2PM debuted in 2008. Chansung made his debut as an actor in the 2006 comedy series "Unstoppable High Kick".

He enlisted on June 11, 2019 and was discharged on January 5, 2021. Following the members' discharge, 2PM returned with their 7th studio album Must in June 2021.

On December 15, 2021, it was announced that Hwang would be getting married and that his fiancée is pregnant with their first child. Hwang announced that he would be ending his contract with JYP Entertainment in January 2022. On March 3, 2022, he signed exclusive contract with L' July Entertainment.

On July 26, 2022 his agency announced that Chansung has become a father.
