Lee Jae Wook is a South Korean actor and model. He debuted as an actor in 2018 in the drama "Memories of the Alhambra" and gained succeeding major roles in "Search: WWW" and "Extraordinary You". In October 2020, he starred in "Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol", making it his first leading role.

He graduated from Chung-Ang University, majoring in Theatre Arts. He was previously represented by VAST Entertainment but left last March 22, 2021. He is currently signed with C-JeS Entertainment. His modeling activities include photoshoots and fashion shows for high-end fashion brands including Prada, Dior, Nike, Berluti, Zegna, EX NIHILO, and Fendi, as well as commercials and photoshoots for Lancôme Cosmetics.
