Seo Chang Bin, known mononymously as Changbin, is a South Korean singer, dancer and member of STRAY KIDS (스트레이 키즈). He graduated from Bora High School and is enrolled in the Entertainment Studies program at International Cyber University.

He participated in an audition show created by JYP Entertainment (JYP엔터테인먼트) and was chosen to be part of the resulting group. He made his debut in March 2018 as STRAY KIDS' rapper, vocalist, and producer with their first EP, "I Am Not".

He is also part of the in-house production team 3RACHA (쓰리라차), consisting of Bang Chan, Han and himself. They have been releasing self-produced tracks on SoundCloud since 2017 (using the stage name Spear B) and act as the group's main producing team as they are almost self-produced, with JYP providing minimal support and mainly acting as their representative.

He was featured in many ad campaigns for Samsung Korea, and in August 2023, he released the single "Fly High" just for the company.
