Yang Se Chan is a South Korean comedian and singer born in Dongducheon, Gyeonggi Province. He debuted in 2003 as musical actor with his group Triple Axel and Uwonye. In 2008, Yang Se Chan debuted as a solo singer with his single "Only One".

While building his music career, Yang Se Chan joined the program "People Looking for a Laugh" and since after joining the show he received many offers to be an MC or be a member of variety shows. In 2017, Yang Se Chan officially joined the most popular variety show "Running Man".

His older brother, Yang Se Hyung is also a comedian.
